I stopped by an Open House which was a beautiful Golf Villa and fell in love with it right away. I called Amy right away and this was on a Sunday and told her I would like for her to look at it with me as I was thinking of putting in an offer. Within twenty minutes she was there. We looked it over and she agreed with me it was a good buy. We then went to her office to write up the offer and she called the agent and told him our offer was coming. Within two hours the deal was accepted and I had my Golf Villa.
